01

Design concept

The strolling path is understood as a continuous spatial backbone. Different cross-sections and situations respond to housing, daycare, retail, open spaces and existing paths, connecting them into a legible sequence.

02

Development

The analysis of Seen is used to define focus areas that are developed through before-and-after situations, sections and spatial interventions. The proposal structures transitions and creates new connections without homogenising the neighbourhood character.
